You should try to do a crowd fund raiser, by going to the private sector you get more done. Go on a site like www.gofundme.com or indiegogo.com.
A lot of these organizations don't have clear websites where one can find enough information to make use of them.

I am seeking help in raising money to do repairs on my home. When the rains in May came, the roof leaked. I need to replace some of the ceilings,floor, and walls. I did get help repairing my roof. I need to fix these and get rid of mold that is now growing. I clean it with bleach but I know more is growing, behind the walls and floor. Also need help fixing foundation. Hi the person u posted to not been on here for years now. But all we can do is give u information where u mite get help. Call 211 give them the information they ask for than tell them what u need help with they will give u places to call if they got the funds they will help u. Also if u on welfare they can help u just call your worker and she will tell u what to do but its got to be cut off bill before anyone will help u. Hope this helps u.

if you get a shut off notice .. emergency assistance should help or call salvation army.. but you need a shut of notice from you power company.. Good Luck Friend..
